How to submit material

The Kalahari Peoples Network is based in Austin, Texas (for the Linguistic and Academic aspects of the site) and in Cape Town (for the Community, Cultural and Information sections).

We are delighted to receive contributions and input from individuals and communities everywhere. Photographs are also welcome - and should be submitted medium-resolution. Please provide captions for pictures and full details of who should be credited with taking the photograph. Sources of information quoted must be clearly stated.

It is particularly important that individuals in photographs are named, wherever possible, and that dates and places are given accurately. We make every effort to do this in sourcing material - and welcome information that may help us to rectify any omissions. But in many cases the names of the subjects and photographers have not been recorded, or we receive shortened names, or nicknames, or incorrect spellings. Our apologies if this has happened. Let us know, and we will put it right at once.

Text for Internet submissions need not be very long. A short news item of around 200 words is just as welcome as a lengthy paper. Longer submissions will be summarized, with a link to the source.

Kalahari Peoples Network cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
