In all cases, we make every effort to spell names and places correctly, and to give people in pictures and articles their full names. But there are differences in spellings - and even in the order of names - as they appear in different documents. Our apologies if this happens - but please let us know, and we will make the corrections.

Where articles are submitted by English-speaking writers, we have corrected obvious typos but people's own words have been allowed to remain as they were written.
